Entries will close at the latest 24hours prior to the start of the event - Unless we have to close earlier as already full. Dressage numbers will be required to be displayed on BOTH SIDES of any horse competing in unaffiliated dressage competitions We highly recommend that hats and body protectors are up to current british standards whilst competing (BE/PC/RC)

You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.
Rosettes to 6th Place. Prize money: in accordance with BD No Prize money 1-4 starters 1st prize - 5-8 starters 2nd prize - 9-12 starters 3rd prize - 13-16 starters
Before start times are produced (i.e. At least 2 full days before the event) cancellations can be refunded less 10% admin fee. Please email to julie@valeviewequestrian.co.uk if you need to cancel an entry. Once we have received this email we will reply that it has been received. Please ensure you receive a reply from us, as if we have not replied, your email has not been received. Your cancelled entry if 3 days before the show, can be transferred to another event or to our 'Carried Over List' at no charge to yourselves.
The submission of an entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these conditions.
