Pre-enter Online by the Monday prior the event. Late entries will be accepted up until 2pm Thursday prior to the show date.

All warm-up and competion will be held in our outdooor arenas. 

Showjumping phase of the competion will be held in our outdoor Andrews Bowen arena (35 x 50m Pro Wax)

Our larger outdoor olympic arena (80 x 52m Charles Britton Surface) will be split into 3 areas; 

The 20 x 40m dressage arena in full white boards will be set adjacent to the rear lorry park. 

Flat warm-up will be partiitioned off in the centre. With jump warm-up partitioned next to the SJ arena. 

All areas will be limitied on numbers and closley monitored by our team of stewards. 

Classes:
All competitors will complete their dressage test and will then complete their show jumping round, with aproximately 30-40mins between.
The dressage elements are run under British Dressage Rules and the showjumping elements are run under British Showjumping rules, to comply with trailblazers.
Dress code is relaxed but proper show attire prefered; Jackets to be worn at the discretion of the judges. 

Pre-entries will close at the Monday prior to the event and late entries will be taken up to 2pm on Thursday (prior to Weekend competitions). 

All entries to be completed online, no telephone or email entries. Payment is secure via the Prestige Equestrian website and my riding life. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment; please check your entries have gone through.
 

Entry Fees: £28 pre-entry, £30 late entries.
A First Aider will be on-site for all shows. 

Rosettes are given to 1st to 6th placed. Sponsors prizes to be announced! 

 If aiming to qualify for trailblazers; please make sure you have entered the correct test/ height level! We run pick your own but there are restrictions for TB qualifying;

 For Ponies 148cm and under: Preliminary Dressage with 60cm Show Jumping Novice Dressage with 70cm Show Jumping

For Horses over 148cm: Preliminary Dressage with 60cm Show Jumping Novice Dressage with 70cm Show Jumping Elementary Dressage with 80cm Show Jumping

"On the hoof" catering will be on-site offering barista style coffee, as well as a selction of cold drinks, snacks and hot food. They have just refurbished our pictic benches; creating a great spot to sit and enjoy the competiion. 

a) No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries. No transfers of entries once times are published.   
b) Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the Close of Entries, and confirmed in writing within 7 days
c) A full refund will be made for horses put on a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place
d) In the event of a competition being cancelled, Organisers are entitled to retain up to £2.50 per horse, per class. The remainder is to be refunded to all entrants, including those who withdrew before the close of entries

Two bridle numbers to be worn for all tests, one each side of horse/rider. Please bring your own, venue does not provide numbers. Eventing bibs are permitted

Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after please. 

No horses tied to lorries/ trailers or haynets tied to lorries or trailers..

Warm-up time may be limited to a max of 30minutes before you go down the centre line or in the SJ ring. At busy times there may be a limit to the number of horses allowed in the warm-up. No trainers/coaching/parents on foot in the warm up arena unless altering a warmup fence. For safety reasons please can all spectators remain outside the white barriers.

Score Sheets: Live scoring will be available via our website as normal. The Pavilion & scoring office will be closed. To avoid waiting around after your test, please bring a stamped SAE for us to send your score sheets by post after the show has finished. These can be left in the box marked "SAE." Note - we do sell envelopes/stamps in the shows office. Sheets will not be released before the end of the class. Once scoring has finished for the class score sheets may be available for collection from the stairs of the office. Please use hand sanitiser before/after.*

Callers are allowed, please bring your own dressage tests as we cannot supply tests for calling. Our team canot call tests as we're a small busy team. 

Please help look afer our warm up arena by collecting your droppings using the tools provided.
