Winchester Riding Club would like to invite you to an exciting event to be held at The Beeches in Micheldever on Saturday May 17th from 12.15pm - 3.30pm.

An optional two course buffet lunch provided by Sue Knight-Jones will be served at 12.30pm prompt in the consevatory followed by the demo wth Alex at 1.30pm.

The demo will take place around the outdoor arena at The Beeches. Please bring a chair!

Alex Gingell list 2 BD Judge wiill be demonstating the importance of "Ringcraft" and how you can gain those extra marks! He will have two riders with thier horses at different levels in their training. He will talking about and helping the riders with thier warm up, followed by the rider riding through a test. You will get to see and hear the scores and remarks from a judges eye view. There will then be a debrief as to why marks were awarded and how they could be improved. The rider after gaining feedback will then ride the test again. This will then be repeated again with a horse/rider working at a higher level. This is your chance to really see what judges are looking for and how to improve your scores.

This is an "OPEN TO ALL EVENT” so open to both members and non- members. Feel free to tell your friends and family, all are very welcome.

The cost will be £17 for the Demo only and an extra £13 for the lunch. Total for both the demo and lunch is £30.
