Music on MP3 or MP4 only please. Writer offers gratefully accepted. Classes are likely to run in the Duke's Hall and Waterloo Arena, warm-up Waterloo Arena. Dogs must be on a lead at all times, please apply for a permit from reception before walking in the woods.
Payment Details & Event Fees
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment. Fees include VAT.
Late entries £5 extra if space permits.
A fee of £1.50 per entry will be added for manual processing
Stabling Information: Yes
Arrival time is between 5-6pm and departures by 4pm. To adhere to biosecurity measures we run a clear stable policy, all bedding and droppings must be removed before departure to the muck area provided. If stables are not cleared there will be a charge of £50. Stabling is on-site, temporary barn style on hard standing and approximately 3m x 3m with a top V grill. There are no automatic waterers. Please report to the shows office on arrival to receive your stable number. Horse passports must also be shown on arrival. No hook up is available, you are however welcome to bring your own generator.
Allocation of prizes and rosettes given as per the current BD rule book. All prize money will be paid to the rider by BACS
Hot and cold drinks, meals & snacks available from the Wellington Riding Cafe.
As per the BD rule book no refunds or tansfers for any withdrawalls after the close of entries

Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a risk sport and therefore, Wellington Riding and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, riders, owners or other persons or property.
If weather conditions are extreme, please ring and check in case of cancellation.
Please note that flash photography is strictly forbidden.
Mobile phones should be switched off during competitions.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on site.
