 British Riding Clubs SEIB Combined Training Qualifier Schedule Organisers High Wycombe RC & Wellington RC At Berkshire College of Agriculture SL6 6QR 28th June 2025 (Championships held 27th – 28th September 2025 at Washbrook Farm, Aston-le-Walls, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 6RT) Eligibility for all classes can be found in the current BRC Handbook. Eligibility will be taken from the close of pre-entry. All competitors must be registered members on the BRC membership platform (Sport:80) the last working day before the competition date. Anyone failing to meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified and informed by BRC HQ when the results are processed. We will be running Open Show Jumping competions alongside the Combined Training. These are open for RC Members to compete but only after they have done their CT Showjumping phase in their first class. Hats All hats must have a visible PINK BRC/BE/PC hat tag in place before they are worn on the showground, to show that they meet the current safety standards. There will be a trained official available on the day to tag hats for you if your hat does not currently have one. For up to date hat rules please see the current BRC Handbook. • This competition will run under BRC Rules, anyone in attendance will be bound by the BRC Code of Conduct. It is a riders responsibility to ensure they have the correct standard of a BETA Level 3 2018 BLUE Label on their body protectors. However, riders using Exo Body Cages are allowed to wear those with a purple 200 BETA level 3 label, but must inform the organiser of the event that they will be using an Exo Body Cage. Flu Vaccinations & Microchips Your horse must have up to date influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Handbook. There is also a downloadable flu vac checking spreadsheet available to check the flu vaccination: BRC Downloads | The British Horse Society (bhs.org.uk) under ‘Competitions’. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE CHOOSING RANDOM TEAMS TO CHECK PASSPORTS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. TEAM MANAGERS WILL NEED TO GET PHOTOCOPIES OF PASSPORT PAGES SHOWING HORSE NAME, MICROCHIP, ALL PAGES WITH FLU/TET VACCINATIONS AND EMAIL FOR CHECKING WHEN REQUESTED – this will be between 2/3 weeks prior to the competition. Entries Entries for the BRC Qualifier must be done via your Team Managers – those riding in the qualifiers are ineligible to ride in the Open sections other than after they have completed all qualifier rounds. All qualifier entrants must submit a pre-entry to BRC (fees can be found in the current BRC Handbook) at least 21 days before the date of the qualifier.
