Rider biomechanics sessions with Strideforward Physiotherapy.  Saturday 2nd August at Gunners Cottage, Elstead.

After the demonstration by Holly last year we had requests for her to come back and provide rider biomechanics sessions.

Rider biomechanics sessions are perfect for improving balance, strength, and positioning as well as addressing assessing asymmetries and areas of weakness.  

Each session consists of ground ridden based physiotherapy assessments to identify rider asymmetry and weakness. Adjuncts such as balls and TheraBand will be used during the ridden session to enhance symmetry, muscle recruitment and balance. 

Each individual will be recommended activities and exercises that will aim to continue to address physiotherapy findings.  

By improving rider muscle recruitment, balance and symmetry this will the enhance horse and rider equilibrium, musculoskeletal comfort and improve performance.

You will receive an on and off horse assessment and recommendations for exercises to progress strength and symmetry.

Each session minimum 45 to 55 minutes
