Refund and Cancellation Policy and Additional Terms and Conditions for Arena XC Training Sessions

• All bookings require to be paid in full.
• Cancellations made on or before Monday 30^th September will receive a full refund, less £10 admin fee.
• Cancellations made from 1^st October onwards will not receive any sort of refund unless the place can be filled from the waiting list, then a full refund, less a £10 admin fee, will be issued.
• Your place is not transferable.
• If the Organisers cancel the session at short notice due to forces beyond our control, we will try to reschedule & honour your payments.
• Should the organisers have any doubt about the safety of a person due to capability, faulty tack/equipment or any other reason, the instructor may refuse to allow that person to take part until they are satisfied with amendments made.
• Body protectors are compulsory. All equipment must be of the current safety standards, please refer to the current BE rulebook for more information.
• We reserve the right to refuse any entry or booking.
• Groups will be made up in accordance with the information you provide on the booking form. Once decided they cannot be changed.
• You use the facilities at your own risk & we do not accept liability for the loss damage in the respect of your vehicle, equipment, personal valuables, or property.
• All persons under 18 years of age must always accompanied by an adult.
• Dogs must be on a lead at all times (and picked up after)
• No lunging.
• Please do not muck out your transportation onto the lorry park, fields, or hedge lines.
