Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals made 72 hours before the clinic will only receive a 50% refund . A full refund will only be given if we can fill your space .

NDRC CLINICS - Please read carefully so you understand our new policy before booking onto our clinics .
* When booking onto a clinic you have 48 hours to pay to secure your place .
* Withdrawals made 72 hours before the clinic will only receive a 50% refund . A full refund will only be given if we can fill your space .
* No refunds will be given if bookings are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
* Clinic fees are non transferable
* Any refunds given will be minus a £4 admin fee
