PLEASE note any age details of horse/rider if you are participating in the Members League eg 55+ rider; 15+ horse U18 rider

ROSETTES: To 6th Place; Juniors will be judged as a separate section for Intro and Prelim only

Special Classes

WINTER MEMBERS ONLY LEAGUE RULES: Points will be awarded on the following basis: 1st place 10 points down to 10th place (1 point) 1 point for every class/test entered. 1 point for the highest % of the day (over all classes) 1 point for highest % score for an U18 rider (on 1st Jan of that year and must put on entry) 1 point for highest % veteran horse (15 or over on date of competition and must put on entry) 1 point for highest % score for Veteran rider (Age 55 or over on date of competition and must put on entry) Points are cumulative over the series and the winner of each section (see below) will receive a small prize/rosette (Intro; Prelim; Novice; Elem/Medium combined; Highest score for senior; highest score for Junior; highest score for veteran horse)

PLEASE ENSURE ALL DROPPINGS AND HAY ARE REMOVED FROM THE LORRY PARK Attendance is subject to the COVID-19 restrictions at the time and all participants must adhere to the WARC COVID-19 guidance. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL • Ensure you park a safe distance from others. • Practice social distancing while spectating and purchasing/eating refreshments • Do not go onto the Livery Yard area (unless to use the facilities) This competition will be run under Wittering Academy Riding Club rules (hard hats with chin straps are required), entry into the event signifies acceptance of the rules (copy on website). Entry also signifies agreement to be photographed by the official photographer(s) if present. All reasonable precautions taken regarding Health and Safety, but WARC accept no liability for any loss, damage or accident to persons, animals or property however caused. Non BRC or PC members should ensure they have valid insurance to cover both themselves and their mounts. Your Personal Information that you supply to us may be used in several ways to facilitate your WARC event participation. It should be noted that we are affiliated to the British Horse Society as a British Riding Club. We reserve the right to publish results of competitions on www.witteringacademy.com and in WARC newsletters.
