1. The Organisers and Land Owners will not hold themselves responsible for any incident or injury to riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, however caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such incident.
2. Competitors are asked to wear correct dress wherever possible and hard hats complying with the BHS 3-point safety regulations must be worn at all times when riding. AG&DRC also require that chin straps must be worn. We strongly recommend you wear hats bearing the code EN13 84 PAS 015 prefix SE1 or ASTN. ( Aqua tag in 2018 )
3. The competition will be run under British Riding Club rules 2019
4. The decisions of the judges and/or Show Organiser are final.
5. If class full before closing date, the organiser reserves the right not to accept further entries.
6. Dogs are allowed only in the car park and must be on lead
7. No refunds after close of entries unless a vet’s certificate or doctor’s note is produced.
8. Please clear all droppings/hay. No mucking out of trailers/lorries permitted
9. Please note: Riders ride at their own risk. Paramedic cover will not be provided.
10. Equine Influenza: We require all horses and ponies to be vaccinated against equine influenza. Horses need to have had their initial course of 3 vaccinations, followed by 6 monthly boosters as per BD rules. Or, for newly vaccinated horses, at least the primary course of the first 2 injections must have been given, between 21 & 92 days apart, with the second injection having been given at least 7 days prior to the event. Please ensure you bring your horse's passport.
