All riders must confirm to BRC Hat standards, Current BRC Hat tag is PINK (you may have tag from BRC event, hat tagging will be available on the day)
Hats must be worn correctly always fastened when mounted in accordance with 2024 BRC Rules
Medical armbands are strongly recommended and back protectors bearing a Blue 2018, must be worn on the cross country phase in accordance with 2024 BRC Rules. Hybrid air jackets and air jackets incorporated into a blouson style jacket are permitted. Exo body cages are permitted with a Level 3 purple label. The secretary must be informed and given your allen key before your round.
All competing horses and ponies must have up to date flu vaccinations and comply with BRC rules. If your flu vaccine does not comply you could be eliminated - annual booster injections are required. Horses cannot be vaccinated within the 6 days before competition.
The decision of the judges and/or the official stewards are final. if cancelled, administrative fees will be taken out of any refund.
The organosers of this event have taken resonable precautions to ensure health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all resonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occuring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
No entry fee will be refunded after the closing date without a doctors or vets certificate. Minus admin fees
Special requests for times must be included in the notes on entry
No major adjustments will be made after times are published. The organisers may not be able to acommodate all requests.
Please bring a large stamped addressed envelop for test sheets/rosettes to be posted.
Please be advised that filming and/or photography will be taking place during the compeition - this could be in arenas, cross country and lorry park during competition hours. If you do not wish to appear in any images captured please inform the secretary so that the organisers can take appropriate steps to ensure you are not included
