MINI CHAMPS: Classes 1 - 6 are classes for those who have qualified at Branch run events during the year.

REGIONAL CHAMPS: Class 7 -12 are for those who have qualifed at Area Competitions.

Pony Club RULE BOOKS

If you are competing at the PC Regional Championships then you are NOT allowed to enter the Mini Championships (Classes 1-5) This rule however excludes dressage, you are allowed to do the Regional Dressage on Saturday & Mini Show Jumping if qualified.

The Mini Championships (Classes 1-5) are aimed at under 14's & is a fun learning Championship.

There is to be a minimum of 10 fences and the course will not exceed 450m at a speed of 325mpm. First Round will be a max height in the first round of 70cm, the Second Round maximum height will be 70cm but two single fences will be 75cm. The three best individual scores will be added together to find the team’s total score. For the individual prizes the best two individuals from each of the four arenas will take part in a “ride off”. This will take place after all the teams have completed their tests and will be held in one arena under one Judge using Preliminary PC70 Dressage Test 2022. (This format is subject to change by the organisers depending on entries) Calling the test is not permitted. Show Information

If you are competing at the PC Regional Championships then you are NOT allowed to enter the Mini Championships (Classes 1-5)

All Hats must have a certified Pink Pony Club tag.

Number bib are compulsory for all competitiors across all 4 days of competition. Print your number via www.ponyclubresults.co.uk

Each District Commisioner is required to certify the eligibility of each combination & declare teams if not done so upon entry.

When not competing horses/ponies must be kept to the lorry park / stable area or collecting rings. They must not be exercised in the lorry park or led around among spectators. NO Lungeing. Horses/ponies must not be tied to trailers or lorries & left unattended.

Dogs must be kept on short leads & picked up after.

Protests & Objections: please see rule 50 in the PC Dressage rule book 2023 & rule 51 in PC SJ rule book 2023.

Run under PC Rules 2023, the judges decision is final.

Pony Club RULE BOOKS

Vaccinations: Annual Rule

Horses/ponies competing may only be ridden by their competitor.

No dressage callers allowed in any classes / whips are permitted in pure dressage classes (Classes 9a, 9b & 10)

First Aid is included in the entry fee.

Stabling Information: Yes

Night Stables - £40 / Day Stables - £20 / Nightly Hook-up - £25

Stabling can be booked when you enter or if you wish to book stabling after you have entered... select class 0.

All bedding & forage can be purchased on site or you can BYO. We will not be taking pre-orders.

Day stables are under 'sundry items'

Withdrawals/Refunds

 Any Withdrawals made before midday on Thursday 17th August will recieve a refund (minus a £10 admin fee)  After this time no refund of any sort will be given.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Event Organiser of the The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, rider spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.  Entries are only accepted on this basis.
