Show Information

Entries must be received by the Friday a week prior to the event.
Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion.
Late entry fee £2 per class.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry fee: £18 per class. Late entry fee £2 per class.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Entries will be carried over to the future show if withdrawn 48 hours before times are published. After times are published entries will not be carried over or refunded. 

Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued with a valid doctors note or veterinary certificate and subject to a £2.50 admin fee.
