Numbers must be worn for all unaffiliated tests (one on each side either on bridle, saddlecloth etc). Venue does not provide numbers please bring your own.

 
**Festive dress code permitted and encouraged! Tinsel, Christmas jumpers etc - please just make sure any decorations are suitable for riding and will not become loose/spook other horses**

Unaffiliated dressage open to all. BD rules apply. Classes are open to all. 

Warm up in 35 x 45m outdoor arena.
Competition in 2 arenas in 52 x 80m Outdoor Arena

Payment Details & Event Fees

Early-bird entries close 1 week prior to show. Late entries accepted online, subject to space until 10am on the Thursday before show date (additional £3 per class). All entries to be completed online, no telephone or email entries. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Prestige Equestrian. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Rosettes awarded to 6th place overall in each class. 

 

Special Classes

Class 7 - Freestyle to Music "Pick Your Own" class.State which level you are riding from: BD Prelim/Novice/Elementary/Medium. All tests will be ridden in a long arena 20x60m.  Qualification cards can be purchased from the Sectretary on the day for £12 per level you have qualified at.

Withdrawals/Refunds

a) No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries. No transfers of entries once times are published.   
b) Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the Close of Entries, and confirmed in writing within 7 days
c) A full refund will be made for horses put on a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place
d) In the event of a competition being cancelled, Organisers are entitled to retain up to £2.50 per horse, per class. The remainder is to be refunded to all entrants, including those who withdrew before the close of entries
e) Competitors on a waiting list who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded

No dogs permitted on the showground.
No horses tied to lorries/ trailers or haynets tied to lorries or trailers.
Two bridle numbers to be worn for all tests, one each side of horse/rider. Please bring your own, venue does not provide numbers. Eventing bibs are permitted.

To reduce the time of visitors onsite, please complete your test and return to the lorry park swiftly to un-tack & load up. 

Warm-up time may be limited to a max of 35-40minutes before you go down the centre line. At busy times there may be a limit to the number of horses allowed in the warm-up. Please follow all signage on the day. No trainers/coaching/parents on foot in the warm up arena. For safety reasons please can all spectators remain outside the white barriers.

Score Sheets: Live scoring will be available via our website as normal. The Pavilion & scoring office will be closed. To avoid waiting around after your test, please bring a stamped SAE for us to send your score sheets by post after the show has finished. These can be left in the box marked "SAE." Note - we will not be providing envelopes/stamps at this time. Sheets will not be released before the end of the class. Once scoring has finished for the class score sheets may be available for collection from the stairs of the office. 

Callers are allowed, please bring your own dressage tests as we cannot supply tests for calling.

Please help look afer our warm up arena by collecting your droppings using the tools provided.
