Starting Times:

*** Please respect social distancing when parking and hiring the arena. The Show Office and Reception are closed to the public. *** 
SJ Arena Hire, courses built by BS qualified Course Designers. The height of fences can be changed as required but please do not move fences or alter distances. 

At the end of your hire please make sure:

  • No poles are left on the ground
  • All droppings have been cleared up 
  • Fences are approx 1m in height

 *Reminder* Only access the arena you have hired and at the time of your booking. Do not use any other arenas. Please do not use the painted/coloured poles for placing poles, guidelines, A-frames etc. Please pick all droppings up - thank you.

Show Information

Outdoor main arena (52m x 80m). Full British Showjumping course arena hire, with fillers, built by BS qualified Course Designers.

One (1) horse per booking, additional horses £5 each. 

Only access the arena you have hired, at the time of your hire and do not access any other arenas (there is no access to the warm up arena). 

If the main gates are closed on arrival please call 07866548471 for assistance. 

Payment Details & Event Fees

 Bookings & payment in advance only via secure online entry system. Payment goes directly to Prestige Equestrian LLP. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Please make sure you check your booking confirmation carefully. One (1) horse per booking, additional horses £5 each. 

30 min Slot: £25 

 

Withdrawals/Refunds

 

No refunds or transfers will be given for arena hire. The Show Office will be closed to the public. If you have any queries please email shows@prestige.training 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

 By making an entry or payment to any of our shows/hire, you are agreeing to our full list of terms and conditions & COVID guidelines, that can be found on our website here:  https://prestige.training/terms/

Payment must be received in advance of the hire, using our online booking system. No refunds or transfers will be given for arena hire. 

Hire times must be adhered to, if this time period is not respected an additional charge will incur for the additional time overrun or the slot will be forfeited. Only access the arena you have hired and refrain from using any other arena, unless otherwise stated. 

Please pick up all droppings in the arena before departure. Any droppings left in the arena after the hire will incur a £10 charge. CCTV in operation.

All breakages are to be reported to the Show Office and paid for before leaving the facilities. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of £10 per unreported item. Costs include but are not limited to: Broken Pole - £20 each Broken Wing - £40 each Broken Filler - £50 each (depending on damage) Damaged Trees/Plants - £20 each.
