Entries will close at the latest 48hours prior to the start of the event - Unless we have to close earlier as already full.

Dressage numbers will be required to be displayed on BOTH SIDES of any horse competing in unaffiliated dressage competitions

You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.

Entry Fees : £14 per class
£2.00 late entry fee for entries taken after the closing date.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SECTION WHEN ENTERING:
Junior qualifiers (‘A’ section): Intro, Prelim, Novice
Senior qualifiers (‘B’ section): Prelim, Novice, Elementary
Please make sure you specify which section you are in for qualification purposes. Seniors may also ride in Intro classes, and Juniors in Elementary, but they would be as non-qualifiers for Trailblazer purposes

Prize Information

Rosettes to 6th Place. Prize money: £14, £10, £8,   Prize money will be refunded to the entry account.
1-5 starters, rosettes only, 6-10 starters 1st Prize; 11-15 starters 1st & 2nd Prize; 16+ starters 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prize.

The Restaurant at Vale View will be open all day, please adhere to current Covid regulations.

Withdrawals/Refunds

  Before start times are produced (i.e. At least 2 full days before the event)  cancellations can be refunded less 10% admin fee.  Please email to julie@valeviewequestrian.co.uk if you need to cancel an entry.  Once we have received this email we will reply that it has been received.  Please ensure you receive a reply from us, as if we have not replied, your email has not been received. 

Your cancelled entry if 2 days before the show, can be transferred to another event or to our 'Carried Over List' at no charge to yourselves.

Terms & Conditions

1. Juniors can ride horses or ponies. They must be up to 16 years of age and not to have attained their 17th birthday by the date of the National Championships. Seniors can ride horses or ponies and must have attained their 17th birthday by the date of the National Championships. 2. Please refer to Trailblazer ruling for eligibility. Vale View Equestrian will run qualifiers according to the Trailblazer guidelines for 2nd rounds. 3. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times 4. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any entries or classes, to change the programme at their discretion, and to close classes before the close of entries if classes are oversubscribed. In the rare incidence that this would happen, a waiting list will be offered. 5. Any competitor will be disqualified for dangerous riding or misuse of whips or spurs, or abusive conduct towards the judges, marshals or secretary. 6. The judges decision is final. 7. Objections must be lodged with the secretary with a £20 deposit (refundable if proven) within 15 minutes of the class closing. 8. All entry fees must be paid at time of booking, and are non-refundable IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Entries made without payment will not be accepted. 9. The organisers, or anyone acting on their behalf, shall not be liable for any accident, damage, theft or injury to persons attending the event or to animals or property however caused. All persons competing do so entirely at their own risk.

The submission of an entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these conditions.
