In the event of an elimination riders will not be asked to leave the ring after 2 refusals but will be encouraged to
continue and complete their round. If you have any question or just need a little help to explain the rules, please
just ask.

Members £10 entry, Non-Members £12 entry
This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The
All-England Showground, Hickstead from Thursday 15th – Sunday 18th
September 2022. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur
competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Show Jumping from
Lead Rein to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, in-hand, ridden, working
hunter, veterans, plus many more, Eventer’s Challenge from 50cm through
to 90cm.
Qualification: 1st – 4th place. Qualification does not pass down the line.

Registration must be completed within 1 month of qualification (sooner for late July
shows). Restrictions apply to horse and competitor previous winnings and amateur status,
please check the website www.sunshinetour.co.uk for Terms & Conditions.
1. The judge’s decision is FINAL, any objections must be lodged with the secretary with a deposit of £20
which will be returned if the objection is upheld.
2. No horse/pony under the age of 4 years may be ridden on the show ground.
3. No galloping on the show ground.
4. All riders must wear a correctly fitted hard hat when mounted.
5. All handlers under 16 years must wear a correctly fitted hat at all times whilst in ring.
6. The secretary has the right to refuse entries without giving a reason.
7. Horse boxes must not be mucked out onto show ground, please take your rubbish home with you.
8. The committee of ADRC, the organisers and the landowner accept NO responsibility for any loss,
injury or damage caused by any person or animal.
9. Entries will not be refunded unless a vet/doctor’s certificate is produced.
10. Any impolite, aggressive or antisocial behaviour towards any committee member or competitor will
result in that person being asked to leave the show ground and BANNED from all future events.
11. Please ensure you have your horse or pony’s passport with you, vaccinations WILL be checked.
12. Photos of the event may be used online for the ADRC website and will be for sale on the
photographer’s website www.LRGPhotography.co.uk and may also be used in show reports to local
magazines/newspapers. By entering this show you are agreeing to this condition. If you have any
objections to this please speak with the show secretary.
13. Any accident occurring must be reported to the secretary.
14. The committee reserves the right to amalgamate classes on the day if deemed necessary.
15. Stallions or colts are NOT to be ridden or led by children under the age of 16.
16. Refunds WILL NOT be given if your classes clash – choose carefully!
17. Horses/ponies are NOT to be left tied to horse boxes or trailers unattended.
18. Any Misuse of whips or spurs or other tack will not be tolerated and will be reported to the show
secretary to take necessary action which may result in the entrant being asked to leave the show
ground.
