The criterion for this class is the elegance of the picture presented by horse/pony and rider, and the way of going of the horse/pony. Safe tack must be used. Show Information
Entries close on 2nd September 2022, or before if classes are full

Classes will run concurrently. Due to the cost of hiring this exclusive venue, we do need to use the time effectively. We will do our best to accommodate you but, if you need to change costumes between classes, please ensure you are organized and have a good, supportive ground crew with you!

Appointed Judges may be substituted to ensure the smooth running of the programme and to avoid any conflict of interest. Classes will be judged according to the Guidelines of the Concours d’Elegance Society of GB which can be found at www.eqconcoursgb.com

Competitor numbers will be available to collect from the Show Secretary, however we recommend that competitors wear bridle numbers as not to detract from their costume.

RIDDEN CHAMPIONSHIP Kindly sponsored by Park Lady Costumes & Roger Smith Photography First and second place prize winners from classes 1 to 10 are invited to take part in this class. Prizes will be awarded to the Champion and Reserve Champion. Gift bags kindly provided by Park Lady Costumes together with Roger Smith Photography will be awarded to all taking part in this class. This is no fee required to enter this championship

CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS TO FOLLOW – Ridden & In Hand

In Hand Championship First and second place prize winners from classes 11 to 18 are invited to take part in this class. Prizes will be awarded to the Champion and Reserve Champion. This is no fee required to enter this championship

Terms & Conditions
Classes are open to everyone, you do not need to be a member. However, Classes 23, 24 & 25 are open to competitors who have qualified and are members of the society. You can qualify at many shows across the UK or on the day this show and also at The British Elite Horse Show held at Arena UK the day before this show.

If you are unable to attend the show, entries will be refunded on production of a vet’s certificate or a doctor’s note. A fee of £5 will be deducted to cover administration expenses.
