Entries close the Friday before the event late entries £2 per class if space.
This competition will be run under BD rules.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to East Soley EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry Fee: £15.00. Late Entries £2 extra per class.

Withdrawals/Refunds
All competitions are pre-entry only, no refund or transfer is possible after initial close of entries date as published on the schedule. All withdrawals to be made via e-mail please. The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases. For withdrawals before the published closing date refunds of the Entry Cost can be made less £3.00 Admin Fee alternatively, we can offer a free transfer to another event. No refunds or transfers can be made during the late entry period unless we are able to replace it from a wait list.Online entries only. Entries close 7 days before the competition.
