Show Information

Sarah Ayres has many years experience in riding, schooling and competing horses from novice to competition horses, and has even been a regular competitor for Solent too.

When coaching, Sarah tailors lessons to each individual rider and horse to ensure the best outcomes are achievements for both. 

Group heights start from poles/ small crosses on the ground to gain confidence, up to 90cm for the braver show jumpers among us! Please specify height in notes. 

This is an afternoon clinic, starting from 1pm.

Cost for members:
Shared lesson (3 for 45 minutes, 4 for an hour): £22pp
30 minute private: £36 pp

Cost for non members: 

Shared lesson (3 for 45 minutes, 4 for an hour): £25pp

30 min private: £40pp

 

Timing details will be issued no later than the Thursday before the event.

Members are expected to adhere to current social distancing laws whilst on site - an email will be sent outlining these in more detail closer to the event date.

Terms & Conditions

Clinic booking terms & conditions:
Everyone taking part in this clinic must abide by the British Riding Club Rules (BRC) . Details of these are available at: http://www.bhs.org.uk/enjoy-riding/british-riding-clubs/brc-rulebook Anyone not abiding by these rules will not be permitted to take part in the clinic.
 

New BRC hat standards have been implemented from 2018, details of which can be found on page 2 at: http://www.area17-brc.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/2018-BRC-Hat-Tagging-Guide.pdf

SRC will be carrying out  hat spot checks across clinics to check hat standards, if asked please allow your hat to be checked, if you do not submit your hat for checking you will not be permitted to take part in the clinic.

It is highly recommended that Body Protectors are worn at all BRC Clinics. Body Protectors to the applicable specification must be worn at all BRC XC clinics /events. Appropriate specification can be found at: http://www.area17-brc.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/2018-BRC-BP-STANDARDS.pdf
 
The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Neither the organisers nor The British Horse Society accept responsibility for any accident, injury, loss or illness to horse, rider, spectator or property while present at this clinic.
 
Emergency first aid is available by calling ‘999’.

 
Can we please remind everyone that when booking onto one of our clinics the onus is on you to advise the organiser as soon as you realise you may have a problem attending through horse, rider or transport problems. The Club generally run clinics as non-profit making and therefore once the times and groups have been issued (which we try to do so as late as possible) we are obliged to pay the venue and instructor for the hours booked and anyone cancelling last minute may incur costs for the club.  Anyone cancelling after the times have been issued may be required to still pay for their session or at least a portion of the cost if their slot cannot be filled by someone else. 
 
PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLEAR UP ANY DROPPINGS OR LOOSE HAY FROM THE VENUE BEFORE DEPARTURE
