First Aid £2.00 per rider per show day
Non Members Day Fee £5.00 per competitor

CHRC are affiliated to British Riding Clubs Area 5 Club 670
This season many championship shows are open to all without requiring pre-qualification

Prize Information
PRIZES: Rosettes 1st- 6th place Traditional monthly points and annual trophies. Should there be sufficient entries CHRC reserve the right to introduce cash prizes for members only

Terms & Conditions
Strict social distancing applies as per Covid-19 guidelines at time of event – 2mtr and use sanitiser as often as necessary
Only 1 person horse unless lead rein then 1 additional person allowed plus vehicle driver
Equine annual vaccinations must be up to date and not within the 7 days preceding the event EHV form must be completed/sent on the day prior to the event taking place
All classes must be pre-paid online at https://www.myridinglife.com/ and Track & Trace Form to be completed - these can be emailed to entries@chrc.co.uk
Should the event have to be cancelled then class fees will be refunded or transferred to the next scheduled event
You will be allocated a bridle/back number which is required to enter the show ground.
All vehicles will be checked in NO competition number = NO entry to show ground – governing bodies do carry out checks
Park your vehicles at least 2mtr apart
Attend your class/test and return to your vehicle. Once all of your classes/tests are completed please leave the show ground.
Rosettes can be collected on the day from a safe place
Until after 21st June NO SPECTATORS or General Public are allowed - please do not sit/stand at ring side or in warm up areas.

All standard CHRC rules still apply
There will be no catering or toilet facilities provided at this event due to Covid Restrictions. Please ensure you provide for yourselves and your equines needs.

Rules:
• The judge’s decision is final. • Any objections or complaints must be made to the secretary in writing together with a deposit of £20 which will be forfeited if the objection is not up held, or is frivolous. The objection/complaint must be submitted within 30 minutes of the incident. • All ages as of the 1st January in the current year • Show jumping classes will be judged under BSJA rules. • Maximum of 3 competitive jumping classes per horse/pony. • Please use litter bins provided. • All dogs must be kept on a lead and poops scooped. • The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend a class at any time. • Excessive use of artificial aids or abuse of horse/ponies will not be tolerated, any person seen to be doing so, will be asked to leave the showground. • The club or its officials cannot be held responsible for damage loss or injury to persons or animals due to accident or any other cause. • The organizers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey instructions of the organizers. • Correct attire and footwear must be worn at all times when mounted. • Hard hats to be worn at all times with chin strap securely fastened all current standards to be met – See BRC website for guidance or visit our website and the link BRC Hat Info on the safety page • Fall of rider. Rider will not be allowed to remount and will be asked to leave the arena on foot. • All annual trophies must be returned in a clean condition – no later than 6 weeks prior to the presentation. Penalties will apply to those failing to do so. • No horse/pony to be entered twice competitively in any one class. • Lead rein ponies must compete in snaffle bits • The Committee reserve the right to decline membership and access to the grounds, events and facilities should the need arise
