The Arena is available to book in hourly slots from 9am - 12.30pm.

One hour sessions have been set up to book online. A 15-minute gap has been created in between each hourly session to ensure that visiotrs have time in between hires to socially distance from the next booking. Riders who books multiple slots will get the 15 minute breaks included for free in their hire price (therefore a booking of 2 hours from 9.00am would effectively hire until 11.15am)

Once a session is booked, slots will be marked as closed.

The Live Feed will also provide a list of available sessions at a glance.

Show Information

Show-jumping course hire available at Bury Farm on Wednesday 26th May.

Show jumping course hire will run with appropriate safety measures in place to comply with government guidelines surrounding sporting activity and Covid 19.

A course of jumps will be set up in the Legacy Outdoor Arena. Poles may be put up and down but the course layout MUST NOT BE MOVED. A designated warm up area with poles and a warm up fence will also be provided in the Legacy arena.
No other arena may be used during course hire sessions.

Bookings available from 09.00-12.30

Payment must be made in advance.
£40 per hour members fee, £48 non-members fee.
£5 per additional horse per hour. Up to 6 horses/people on the ground allowed in the arena at any time.

Please maintain 2-metre social distancing measures
Please use hand sanitiser upon arrival at the centre
Participants should be individuals, members of the same household, or from two households
No more than 6 horses allowed in the arena at any one time
Car and Lorry parking is only permitted in the allocated parking area which is clearly signposted upon arrival at the centre. Please maintain social distancing measures when parking vehicles
Bookings must be made online. Pre-payment is required
Indoor areas will remain closed and so toilet facilities will not be available in our International Show Centre during course hire dates.

In line with Bury Farm biosecurity measures please have your passports ready for inspection. Spot checks will be made and the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to competitors who are not able to provide identity and vaccination details prior to entry to the show ground.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only and payment online.
Payment is secure and it goes directly Bury Farm Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Members £40/ Non Members £48 per hour plus £5 per hour for 1 extra horse.
Up to 5 extra horses allowed per hour. We are limiting arena use to 6 horses/people on the ground in the arena per hour to comply with social distancing measures.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable. Transfers to alternative slots may be considered if sufficient notice is provided in writing to dressage@buryfarmestates.co.uk.

Terms & Conditions

 BIOSECURITY MEASURES

All horses must be travelled with passports which can demonstrate that all vaccinations are up to date (Bury Farm operates a 12-month vaccination policy)

Horses must also show no clinical signs of the following when attending the centre:

  1. recent cough of unknown cause
  2. recent nasal discharge of unknown cause
  3. enlarged lymph nodes
  4. fever (>38.5 degrees)
  5. recent onset of neurological signs of unknown cause
  6. diarrhoea

Horses must also 

  1. not be under current investigation for EHV infection
  2. have not been in contact with and is not kept on the same premises as a horse known to have or be under investigation for EHV
  3. have not travelled out of the country for the past 28 days.

 

Horses should NOT be brought to the centre if they are not in good health on the date of travel.
