Strict COVID-19 Safety Measures are in place and will be fully adhered to. You will have an individual 45 minute Training Session with Sue McMahon in our indoor arena and if you choose to, the opportunity to run through a Dressage Test of your choice whilst Sue judges - Prelim to Grand Prix - Straight or Freestyle to Music (20x60 Long Arena). Sue McMahon is a Freelance Coach, Trainer & Rider with a wealth of experience behind her. Sue is a List One British Dressage Judge, Accredited Dressage Coach, former GB Pony Team Selector, Tutor Judge, Youth Assessor and Judge and BHSII. The indoor arena will be set up with dressage boards (20x60) and with 'the judge' at C. You are also free to use the outdoor arena before and after your session, for warm up and cool down. During online entry process, please indicate if you would prefer a full Training Session only, or a Training Session with a Dressage Test (20x60 Arena) and state which Dressage Test you would like to ride. Dress Code - Smart but casual with approved hat as per conditions of entry. Please, no skipping lorries out in parking area, pick up all horse droppings/hay before leaving and NO DOGS ALLOWED AT ALL.
Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings for training clinics are Non-Refundable, however a transfer to a future date can be arranged given 10 days' notice ahead of scheduled clinic. If less than 10 days' notice is provided, we cannot transfer your entry due to costs associated with booking trainers. Transfers to future clinics can only be made once before the entry has to be used or lost.

- Timeslot requests - all requests will be given equal consideration with us accommodating them as best we can, but there is no guarantee that you will get the timeslot requested.
- The promoters reserve the right to cancel, split or re-arrange any class, and/or the event at their discretion. Entry fees (not including the booking fee) may be refunded less an admin fee totalling the Paypal fee charged for the booking (PayPal Fee is 2.9% of total paid, plus 30p per transaction).
- Correct riding attire must be worn by all Riders. In particular, everyone mounted, whether a competitor or not, must wear an approved riding hat as per British Dressage Rules: www.britishdressage.co.uk/rules. Failure to do so will incur elimination.
- No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, their property, servants, or horses in connection with, or arising out of this event. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such an incident.
- The promoters reserve the right to refuse any entry without giving any reason whatsoever.
- Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
- Lunging is not permitted in any of the arenas at any time.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- The promoters reserve the right to ask any competitor or visitor in breach of these terms and conditions, to leave the grounds immediately.
- The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise.
- Smoking is not permitted whilst mounted, or in either the outdoor or indoor arenas.
- The promoters will be taking photographs and videos during our events and these may be posted on our website and Facebook page and used for marketing purposes.
