Rule 318. DRAWN ORDER Horses (or ponies in pony competitions) may compete in one section only. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes will be withheld. Rule - 76.6 For registered horses to be ridden by Full, Associate or Junior Members excluding any rider listed on the British Showjumping Gold League as of 31st March 2020 (assigned for the qualifying period) and any horse/rider combination listed on the British Showjumping Silver League as of 31st March 2020 (assigned for the qualifying Period). Riders who have ever competed as a team member of any Senior International Team (4* or 5* Nations Cup in the last 10 years, World, European Championships & Olympic Games) are not eligible. Pony Riders, Children, Juniors and Young Riders who have ever competed in Nations Cup/International Team Events and European Championships in the last five years are not eligible (excluding Veterans and Para Teams). Qualifies for: 85cms National Amateur Second Rounds. Qualifying period: 1st September-31st August inclusive. Numbers to qualify: Those horse/rider combinations which jump clear in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least five 85cm National Amateur First Round competitions held in the qualifying period will qualify to compete in the respective height classes at the National Amateur Championships. Rule - 76.6 • British Novice: For registered ponies in Grade JD, that have not won a total of 150 Points to be ridden by Junior Members, ages as per Rule 77.12/77.13. Qualifies for: Pony British Novice Championship Second Rounds. Qualifying period 1st May-30th April inclusive. Numbers to qualify: Those ponies that jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four Pony British Novice First Round competitions held in the qualifying period will qualify to compete in a Pony British Novice Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). Ponies in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain their double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular Pony British Novice First Round competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition. • 80cm Open: For registered ponies in Grade JA, JC, JD to be ridden by Junior Members If combined with an open: In the event of 15 or more starters this class will be split with two sets of prize money. Rule - 76.6 • Blue Chip Pony Newcomers is for registered ponies in Grade JC & JD that have not won a total of 500 points to be ridden by Junior Members. Qualifies for: Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Second Round. Qualifying period: 1st May-30th April inclusive. Numbers to qualify: Those ponies that jump a clear round in the First Round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off in at least four Blue Chip Pony Newcomers First Round competitions held in any qualifying period will qualify to compete in a Pony Newcomers Second Round. • The Open Section is for registered ponies in Grade JA, JC, JD to be ridden by Junior Members. Junior Members, in either the Open or the Newcomers Section who have not won a total of 500 Points are eligible for double clear qualification for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.00m Championship. Riders who have accrued points on the Pony Gold League are not eligible to compete in the Restricted Rider 1.00m Final. Junior Members, in either the Open or the Foxhunter Section, who have not won more than a total of 350 Points in the previous calendar year are eligible for double clear qualification for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.10m Championship. Riders who have accrued points on the Pony Gold League are not eligible to compete in the Restricted Rider 1.10m Final. Qualifying period: 1st May-30th April inclusive. Qualifies for: Four double clears will qualify for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.10m Championship to be held at the British Showjumping National Championships. Qualification is pony/rider combination. All shows are being run strictly following BS covid rules. There will be 2 warm up areas, a pre warm up for flat work only, followed by main warm up indoors which will be manned by our steward doing practice fences. All classes are drawn order, please jump in correct order , if you miss your turn , you may not be able to jump at the judges discretion. There will be an in gate to the arena and a separate out gate. We are running with the ‘No spectator rule’, only 1 attendant allowed per horse entered with the exception that riders under the age of 18 are permitted 2 attendants.
Please park sensibly, at least 3m apart and refrain from leaving horses unattended tied to your lorry. No cars except officials allowed in horse box park, please use lower car park.
Track and trace is in operation and you will be asked to provide details of your attendant/s when you enter.
The café will be open offering a more limited menu on a take away basis only.
Our stewards are there to help the day go smoothly and keep you safe, not confrontation.
Any abuse aimed at our team on duty will result in those concerned being asked to leave the showground.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to IB Equestrian Services.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Covid/ First Aid Fee: £6 per rider.

Prize Information
All prize money will be paid electronically to the card that the entry was made on. Where prize money exceeds the card payment amount, you will be contacted by email for your bank details to enable a BACS payment to be made.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Refunds for online bookings for BS shows will only be made if withdrawals are made by email to ian@ibequestriansrvices.co.uk up till 7 days before the booked date and will be subject to an admin charge of £5. Withdrawals made after the 7 day period can be transferred to a later BS show run by IB Equestrian services but will not receive refunds or be transferred after drawn order is published, which is normally 48 hours in advance of show date. Refunds will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents .All communications must be made via email, not social media or text messages. Any shows cancelled through no fault of our own will receive full refunds less the booking fee.
