If you have a body protector requiring special tools, the secretary and paramedics must be informed before you jump and the labeled tool left with the secretary.

HEALTH & SAFETY
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

CLASSES WILL NOT NECESSARILY RUN IN HEIGHT ORDER.
DISCLAIMER OF LEGAL LIABILITY: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his/her tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Your entry is deemed to include acceptance of these rules.

1. Eligibility applies to the day of the competition. 2. Entries will be taken in strict order of receipt but branches are limited to 10 per class 2 Teams+ 2 Individuals, with priority given to Area 13 Branches and then a wait list will be started. It is unlikely that we can accommodate any second horses. 3. Entry fees will not be refunded without a doctor’s or vet’s certificate which must be received no later than 7 days after the event. 4. The decision of the judges is final. No video evidence will be considered. 5. Objections to be lodged with the secretary in writing within thirty minutes of the incident, together with a £10 deposit which will only be refunded if the objection is upheld. 6. The organisers reserve the right to alter the timing of phases and to retain £10 per entry in case of cancellation. 7. All competitors horses MUST have been vaccinated against Equine Flu in the last 6 months. 8. ALL HATS TO BE WORN IN THE COMPETITION MUST BE CHECKED AS BEING TAGGED BY THE DRESSAGE/XC STEWARDS. Hats shall conform to Pony Club 2020 standards and must have a chinstrap fastened at all times when mounted. Body Protectors are compulsory in the XC element. In the interests of safety the organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor in breach of this rule. 9. No entries will be taken by telephone, email or without an entry fee. 10. On the day of the competition, the horse may only be ridden by their competitor rider. 11. DOGS must be kept on a non-extending lead at all times. A fine of £50 may be charged to the owner of any dog found off the lead. 12. Bad language is deemed to be unseemly behaviour and will incur elimination. 13. If eliminated in the Show Jumping phase you will only be allowed to go Cross Country if considered safe by the Show Jumping judges. 14. If an air jacket is worn it must have an approved body protector underneath. 15. No head cams allowed 16. No earrings or jewellery to be worn 17.
