Entries will be taken on a first come first served basis.
ENTRIES CLOSE WHEN FULL. Entries after Wednesday 14th April will be charged a late entry fee of £12.

Please state in the ‘Class Notes’ part of entry form if you are travelling with another competitor and require similar times. If you organise to travel with someone else after you have made your entry please email becca@munsteadhorsetrials.co.uk ASAP as requests for timings cannot be accommodated after the sections have been done (about 10 days before the event).

Prize Information

Prize Money in all classes (entries permitting) : 1st £85, 2nd £65, 3rd £45 Rosettes to 10th place.

Withdrawals/Refunds

No refunds after Wed 14th April 2020. Any refunds made will be subject to a £12 admin charge and are at the discretion of the organiser.

Refunds can only be made (less £12 for admin) if your space can be replaced from someone off the Waitlist

Terms & Conditions

CONDITIONS of ENTRY:
These horse trials will be run according to the rules of British Eventing, except where varied below and the making of an entry constitutes acceptance of those rules.

RULES:
***All 90 and 100 sections, all horses to be a minimum 137cms, 5 years old & above. Riders must attain the age of 12 years old in 2021
***All 80 sections, all horses to be a minimum 137cms, 4 years old and above. Riders must attain the age of 11 years old in 2021
***All 60 sections, all horses to be 4 years old and above. Riders must attain the age of 10 years old in 2021

***British Connemara Pony Society Qualifiers, Open to all Pure Bred or Part Bred Connemara Ponies at 80, 90 and 100 Height. Championships to be held at Swalcliffe on 11/12 Sept 2021. To qualify you must be placed in the top 10 of your section or have a double clear. In order to compete at the championship, the owner of the pony needs to be an Adult/Junior or Performance Member of the British Connemara Pony Society. Ponies must be pure, part-bred or overheight Connemaras, which are registered or overstamped on the BCPS database. The pony must be in the correct ownership. Points won in B.E. events will not apply.
Hard hats must be worn to BE/PC/RC standards.
Hats must be tagged for all three phases with the Aqua coloured tag (2018 onwards).
Body protectors must be worn when competing in the cross country phase.
Competitors must wear medical arm bands if they have anything they need to disclose to paramedics in event of a fall.
Any horse or pony, which is considered by a Judge or the Organisers to be too small for the jockey, unsound, unfit or unhealthy, will be excluded from further competition without any refund of entry fee.
ATV (quad bikes) and motor-bikes are not permitted at Heath Farm, unless specifically authorised by the Organisers.
All dogs must be kept on short leads.

Abandonment: In the event of abandonment £7.00 will be retained from each entry.

DRESSAGE : Dressage tests are the British Eventing tests which are available to download for free from www.britisheventing.co.uk/downloads.

OBJECTIONS: Objections must be made in writing to the Information point within half an hour of the incident together with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained. After this the score cannot be changed.

RESERVATION of RIGHT: The Organisers reserve the right to: Cancel any class or section; Divide any class; Transfer competitors between sections of a class; Alter the advertised times, and Refuse any entry.
