Box and trailer parking is in the field opposite Snowball Farm. Full and correct riding attire must be worn in all classes. Correctly fitting hard hat manufactured to one of the minimum current standards, such as PAS015:2011; with BSI Kite mark, with a three-point linkage properly adjusted and fastened must be worn by all riders, whether competing or not, at all times whilst mounted at Snowball Farm. No stallions except by permission and no horses under 5 years of age. Warm-Up Areas: no-one on foot allowed in warm-up areas. No lungeing/leading in all-weather warm-up arena. Competitors must leave the warm-up areas immediately if asked to do so by a steward/official. Additional warm up to the rear of Trailer/Lorry park. 6. The organisers will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or injury to any person or their property however this may be caused. Dressage will be run in accordance to the British Dressage Rules. Permitted Bits – you may be eliminated from the Dressage if your bit does not comply with those specified in the BD Rule Book. Please make yourself aware of these rules. It is the responsibility of competitors to be aware of the rules. See www.britishdressage.co.uk/rules The judges’ and organisers’ decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing with a £10 deposit, which is returnable if the objection is upheld. The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule at any time. The organisers reserve the right to amalgamate or cancel classes with insufficient entries. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any class for whatever reason they deem necessary. Dogs must be kept on non-extendable leads and under control at all times. Please keep horses well away from the riding school. 16. Spectators are welcome but please keep children under close supervision and park in the horse box/trailer park and not in the farm car park.
1. Unaccompanied Competitors must provide the Show Secretary with a contact telephone number in case of emergency.
2. Entries close 5pm on the Wednesday before the competition, after which late entries, if space is available, are £2.50 extra per Class. Incomplete entries will not be counted.
3. We cannot guarantee a place in the competition before the close of entry, but there will be a waiting list. Entries will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate in your entry if you do not wish to be placed on the Waiting List.
4. The secretary must be notified of any change of horse or rider at least 20 minutes before the start of the class or the entry will become void. Change of horse and rider is not allowed.
5. Those who withdraw in writing before the closing date will have their entry fee, less an administration fee of £4 per Class refunded. Entry fees in any other circumstances will not be refunded unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient entries. Charges for entering online will be not refunded in any circumstances.
6. CHEQUES - Competitors whose cheque is not honored by the Bank for ANY REASON, will incur a fee of £5, which must be paid before any future entries are accepted.
