We will be running the Show to all the Government Covid 19 Guidelines
Each Competitor will be issued with all the protocols before arriving at the show.
Payment Details & Event Fees
All Classes, Stables, Hookup, Bedding & Forage must be Pre-Entered Online at the same time.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Arena UK.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
First Aid including Covid charge £6.50 per day.

In the event of the show being cancelled due Covid refunds will be issued less 10% admin/ bank charges
Affiliated shows are required to repay 50 % of the entry fees in respect of all entry cancellations which are received by
the Show Organiser not later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first affiliated competition of the
show is scheduled to start except in those circumstances outlined in Rule 79.5.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES
The following guidance has been set in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all visitors competing at the Arena UK 28th – 1st November
Please ensure that COVID-19 government guidelines with regard to social distancing are strictly adhered to at all times; do not gather in groups and please observe the 2m rule whenever possible.
Entries All entries must be made in advance using our online system, www.myridinglife.com. All classes will be drawn order and no amendments will be made on the day.
The cut off for any new entries is 48 hours before the first day of competition. Changes to existing entries can be made up to 5pm the day before competition. The Outdoor Show Office will be open allowing 2 people in at once.
We will be maintaining records of all visitors to support the NHS Test and Trace, you will be asked by WH Securtiy to give details of all your party when you arrive.
Stabling Due to the current restrictions, all stabling must be booked with entries, AND NO LATER THAN THE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES. We will operate a waiting list after this date. All stables will be pre allocated so you must tell us if you would like to be near when you book.
Weekly stabling only. There will be no refunds on stabling after the closing date - No reselling of stables will be allowed, but if you contact the Arena UK office we will do our best to resell.
No subletting for unused nights. Stables will not be bedded down, Shavings and haylage must be pre ordered and will be delivered to your stable before you arrive.
Parking On arrival at the show, all entries will be checked at the gate. No admittance to anyone not on the start list. No exception.
Parking attendants will allocate a parking slot in accordance with social distancing regulations (minimum of 5m between each slot). Tacking up must take place within your designated parking area.
Riders may be accompanied by one other person, plus one owner (or two if from the same household) per horse entered.
No cars will be admitted to the Stable Field, and no spaces can be saved for friends. If you want to park horseboxes together, you need to arrive together!
Practice Arena, each collecting ring will have 2 sections one for flat work one for jumping.
The Warm up will be monitored by a steward/marshal to ensure that all riders adhere to these restrictions at all times. This steward/marshal will help riders with practice fences. The Competition The competition will be delivered ‘behind closed doors’ without spectators.
Social distancing guidelines must be adhered to during course walks. When course walking inside you must wear a mask.
Please do not touch fences or poles whilst walking.
Horses will jump at 2 minutes per horse. One competitor to be in the ring at any one time.
Horses to cool down whilst walking back on the horse walks.
Designated cool down areas will be provided in the stable fields. Practice arenas not to be used for cool down. Please return to designated parking area or stable to untack.
No prize-giving will take place in the outside arenas. Rosettes can be collected from the show office at the end of the show. Results will be posted online.
Venue Hand sanitiser will be available at key points around the venue.
Catering outlets we will be offering a takeaway service. The café will operate a one way system to place orders face masks must be worn whist ordering, with eating areas outside.
The bar will be situated in our large Marquee and open from 3pm – 11pm(except Sunday) each day, table service will be in operation. Can order from the bar or via our ordering app.
Toilets will have enhanced sanitising/hand sanitisers/soap with hot running water and hand towels. No hand driers will be used.
Please use the toilet and shower facilities in your own horsebox wherever possible.
Showers will only be opened if regulations allow.
