Starting Times:

From 10am (indoor arena but depending on weather March may be outside). Sessions are normally 1 hour for group of 4, 45 minutes for 3. I try to match up people in the rides as much as possible by ability and size of mount so please be as flexible as you can when requesting riding times.

Bookings close at 6pm 5 days in advance. Anyone wanting to book after this should contact Penny by email: woolmerlodge@yahoo.co.uk
Training sessions are Open to riders 12 years and over.
Sessions open to all, including non members if there are spaces at an additional £5. Providing we have enough riders at each level we should be able to offer starter, mini, novice and intermediate/open level training. Sessions are normally 1 hour for group of 4, 45 minutes for 3

COST £25.
Non Members £5 extra
Any non-members wishing to enter MUST complete the BRC Form a link to which can be found here: http://meonrc.org/training/book-enter-training/ 
Training sessions are only open to riders aged 12 or over.

Withdrawals/Refunds
REFUND POLICY - If a withdrawal is made prior to the cut-off date (usually 6pm 5 days before the session) a refund of the Entry Fee can be made but the booking fee will not be refunded. Riders are encouraged to choose another date to which the payment will be transferred
