After the success of last year Aspley Guise & District Riding Club are hosting our Awards Night and AGM! (with social distancing measures and COVID secure!)

We're also having dinner! The menu is lasagna and pudding (a veggie option is also available). Dinner for the evening will cost £8.50pp and it's Bring Your Own drinks! Food must be booked in advance, so please complete your entry here to confirm your space and attendance. 

We have many cups, shields and trophies on offer for members who have caught the eye of our committee this year so why not come along and see if you have won anything?

We will also run through a quick AGM which usually takes around 30 minutes and is an important part of the evening. It's how you can find out what the club has been up to this year, what we've spent money on and how our teams have been doing.

Entries must be done by 25th October as we need to let the caterer know numbers!

Start time: 7:30pm

Seating is socially distanced in tables of 6, we ask that you let us know who you'd like to sit with on your entry. If you're bringing along more than one person from your family, we ask if it would be possible to bring along a picnic tables and chairs (as we will be in the indoor school at MKEC). Obviously if this isn't possible just let us know!

Members: £8.50 per person

If you withdraw after closing date, your entry fee will be retained by the Club unless the space is filled by another member. This is to ensure that the administration costs in running this event are met.
