Show Information
The session starts with a biomechanics assessment. The rider wears a bodywarmer with the "domino" markers on it and then ride down the centre line away from the camera. The videos are run through the software, which produces a report and an animated video. The system builds a 3D model of the rider as a stick figure which shows how the rider was moving with the horse – straight/crooked/tipping forward/dropping or twisting their shoulders. So they can quickly tell the areas that are great or that need improvement! The focus of the coaching is to improve position and posture in order to make you a more effective rider. We won't be working on the horse's way of going, but very often we see a big improvement anyway, just from making a few rider adjustments. To finish another biomechanics assessment to highlight the improvement made during the coaching session. Sometimes, depending on the issue, things can’t be “fixed” in a single session. In these cases, suggestions will be made on how to target any particular areas of weakness.

Normally, people get assessed in trot and canter, but it's completely up to you. You will be on-horse the whole time. You will get both a report and the video of yourself as a 3D stick figure. You will see these reports/videos in the session and then you will get a copy by email.
