·       There will be a maximum of 4 horses allowed in the arena at any time. To ensure this, competitors will be given a warm up time and a separate test time. This will be closely stewarded to ensure the correct and smooth running of the event.

·       Once you have completed your tests, you should leave the venue ASAP.

·       Spectators - We ask that you only bring 1 or 2 people with you, as we need to restrict numbers at the venue to minimise the risks caused by overcrowding. Whilst on site, competitors and visitors should maintain the 2 metre distancing rule.

·       Managing hygiene - • There will be frequent cleaning with disinfectant, with close attention paid to common touchpoints like door handles, gates and any shared equipment, such as pens, clipboards etc. Hand sanitiser will also be available for visitors/participants.
