Outdoor picnic viewing area and indoor heated pavilion with electronic scoring.
Electronic indoor scoring to have your scores live on the display screens and on the website and your mobile phones.
No dogs allowed. Please refer to 2021 BD Rule book for latest rules and amendments including COVID guidelines, flu vaccinations and EHV-1 updates.
Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance.
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System: Payment is secure and it goes directly Prestige Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment. No refunds of additional items (stabling, hook up, bedding and sundries) after the close of entries.
If the event is cancelled due to COVID there is a 10% fee retained for any stable/bedding/sundry item bookings to defray costs.
Stabling Information: Yes
All stables require a £20 refundable cash deposit on arrival which is returned after leaving your stable fully mucked out. Overnight Stabling onsite: Hired 5pm-4pm, £45 for the first night and £40/night for additional nights. Stables are permanent stables on the main yard. Proof of vaccination will be required on arrival. If onsite stabling is full, there may be additional local stabling available off-site subject to space.
Bedding: Bedding is not included in any stable bookings. If you would like to pre-order shavings, they can be purchased with your booking at £8.00 per bale. Or you are welcome to bring your own bedding. Day stables: Priority is given to overnight stabling bookings. Day stables cannot be booked online. Subject to availability, day stables may be be booked on the morning of each day via the secretary telephone number at £25 each and hired 8am-4pm. Hook-Up There is limited permanent hook up available on site, offered on first come first serve basis. Due to the location of the hook up box, we recommend bringing cabling to reach a distance of up to 30m. Hook up is £35 per night. In the event of COVID cancellation there is 10% fee retained of any stable/bedding bookings to defray costs
Bella-Mia Catering Hut will be open during show hours
a) No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries b) Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the Close of Entries, and confirmed in writing within 7 days c) A full refund will be made for horses which upgrade on or before the Close of Entries, but whose entries are not transferred to classes of a higher grade d) A full refund will be made for horses put on a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place e) In the event of a competition being cancelled, Organisers are entitled to retain up to £2.50 per horse, per class. The remainder is to be refunded to all entrants, including those who withdrew before the close of entries f) Competitors on a waiting list who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded For those who entered before the Close of Entries for the orginial competition dates (4th-6th Feb, 2021) if you are unable to attend the rescheduled competition dates (13th-15th May), you can request your refund, minus £2.50 admin fee, by emailing shows@prestige.training before 5pm on 29th March, 2021. After this point usual refund T&Cs apply.
