Guidelines for the current COVID-19 situation.
· Entries are limited to allow extra time to maintain the required social distancing.
· A ONE-WAY system will be in place which MUST be followed. It will direct you from the lorry park to the warm up at one end of the large outdoor arena and, after you have completed your test, you will be directed to leave at the opposite end of the arena to return to the lorry park.
· There will be a maximum of 4 horses allowed in the arena at any time. To ensure this, competitors will be given a warm up time and a separate test time. This will be closely stewarded to ensure the correct and smooth running of the event.
· No gathering of spectators in the entrances to the warm up and test arena will be permitted, as the 2 metre distancing rule must be maintained.
· Vaccinations and Passports - Horses’ vaccinations should be up to date. Spot checks of passports may take place.
· Catering - There will be NO catering at this event, so please bring your own refreshments.
· Toilets – Toilet facilities will be available adjoining the Highbrook indoor arena. Anyone using this Highbrook facility must adhere to the strict hygiene rules using the cleaning products provided.
· Results and Sheets - An SAE must be brought and handed over to the Steward upon arrival at Highbrook entrance gateway if your wish to receive your sheet.
Score sheets and rosettes will the posted after a 72 hours holding time. This is within alignment with Covid-19 requirements. All Results will be added to My Riding Life and the WVRC website (www.wvrconline.co.uk) latest the day after the show.
· Once you have completed your tests, you should leave the venue ASAP.
· Spectators - We ask that you only bring 1 or 2 people with you, as we need to restrict numbers at the venue to minimise the risks caused by overcrowding. Whilst on site, competitors and visitors should maintain the 2 metre distancing rule.
· Managing hygiene - • There will be frequent cleaning with disinfectant, with close attention paid to common touchpoints like door handles, gates and any shared equipment, such as pens, clipboards etc. Hand sanitiser will also be available for visitors/participants.
· Visitors and competitors are asked to be mindful not to touch unnecessary things.
These rules are in line with current government and BRC guidelines.

· A maximum speed restriction of 5 mph applies to all vehicles.
