Pre-entries £10 per class by 23rd Oct - late entries if space permits subject to £2 fee up to 30th Oct
Entries are non-refundable but will be forwarded upon receipt of a veterinary certificate.
Covid19 Show Day Protocol – 1. Pre-entry only – no entries on the day 2. An approx. timetable will be posted online prior to the show 3. Please park leaving a safe distance as directed by our signs and stewards 4. Spectators will not be permitted – please do not attend if you do not have a horse entered - only one assistant per horse in addition to the rider who must be from the same household if travelling together ANYONE CONGREGATING IN LARGE GROUPS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOWGROUND 5. There will be multiple warm up areas - maximum of 6 riders in any warm-up area and no grooms/assistants permitted except lead rein class – please listen to instruction from our stewards and keep 5 horses length distance 6. After your class has finished you may walk your horse off for maximum 10 minutes in a separate designated cool down arena before returning to your vehicle 7. Results will be updated online throughout the day and rosettes available from a remote collection point as are rider numbers – queues must be socially distanced 8. Competitors may not visit any other part of the yard including livery stables to prevent cross-contamination 1) The Judge's decision is final. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of an incident together with a deposit of £20.00 to be returned if the objection is upheld. 2) Trailblazers – 1st – 4th in each class will qualify for the July 2021 Championships at Stoneleigh – qualification letters will be emailed out after the show 3) All classes will be judged under the rules of and in accordance with the relevant ruling body 4) Barleylands Equestrian Centre, the judges and officials will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to belongings or to persons visiting the show 5) Properly fitting and secured hats conforming to the current british standards specification must be worn at all times whilst mounted at Barleylands Equestrian Centre 6) We reserve the right to refuse an entry, to cancel any shows or classes as we see fit and without giving a reason. 7) Entries received on show days, or after the closing date will not be refunded unless the organisers cancel the event or on production of a veterinary certificate. 8) In the interests of safety no dogs are allowed unless on a lead 9) No Lungeing of horses anywhere on the premises 10) No horse or pony is to be left unattended whilst tied outside. Should an accident occur or damage be caused you will be held liable. 11) It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to abide by the rules of Barleylands Eq. Centre and to accept the Disclaimer of Liability as displayed on the premises – entries to classes are deemed an acceptance of the above. PLEASE PLACE ANY LITTER IN THE BINS PROVIDED. NO MUCKING OUT OF LORRIES IN THE CAR PARK PLEASE.
