Please note that this is primarily an Amateur Championship Series. Professional and amateur sections will be run in each class. In the spirit of the competition, if you consider yourself a professional rider or are a BD Gold rider it would be appreciated if you would enter the professional section. Where no section is specified on the entry form riders will automatically be placed in the professional section. Sections cannot be changed once a class has commenced. N.B. Professional Rider- Is paid to ride or train other people’s horses.

Vaccinations for all horses must be up to date and must be current within the last 12 months. Please bring your horses passport with you.

Entry fee: (All fees inc VAT) WR Members £19 per horse per class, Non-Members £21 per horse per class.

Rosettes to 6th Place in Amateur section and 3rd Place in professional section.

League Scoring
The Unaffiliated Dressage competitions on September 26th, October 24th, November 28th and December 12th all contribute to our winter league. Competitors may compete in any / all of the 4 qualifying events but only their top 3 cores will count. A score will be obtained by adding together the competitors top 3 percentage scores. Highest score will win. Fewer than three scores can still be registered. After the last event the table will be completed and the top 6 riders will be contacted in December. Amateur Prizes: Rosettes 1st – 6thth place. 1st place £50 Training voucher, 2nd place £25 Training Voucher & sash for winner. Professional Prizes: 1 & 2nd place rosettes. 1st place £25 tack shop voucher.

In writing please BEFORE Close of Entries. N.B NO refunds after close of entries for any reason. Refunds before close of entries at 50%.

IMPORTANT: Check your MyRidingLife (MRL) accounts for duplicates before entering events. Click on the "Clean Up" Icon and a member of the MRL team will clean it up for you. If you ignore duplicates it is highly likely you will have issues with the Times you are given for Events you enter. It is your responsibility to ensure no duplicates remain or are created in your account. If you need support at any time please text the MRL Team 07798626075.

Special consideration when allocating times will be given to juniors at school/college if informed. If you have any requests for times this needs to be made clear on entry.

1. These shows will be run under current British Dressage rules. 2. Tests are from the current BD series and are available from BD on 02476 698830. 3. The organisers reserve the right to alter classes, cancel any show and refuse any entry without explanation. 4. No entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee. 5. No refunds after close of entries. Refunds before close of entries 50% of entry fee. 6. Entries may be limited and a waiting list will be kept. Competitors will be informed of their position on the list when phoning times or collecting them from our website. 7. In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and stewards including conduct in working in & viewing areas. 8. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the land-owner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, on-lookers, their property, servants, or horses or ponies, how so ever caused and that each entrant agrees to indemnify them against any legal action arising there from. 9. Flash photography is strictly forbidden. Mobile telephones must be turned off during tests. 10. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. 11. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Covid-19 Restrictions and Guidance 1. If you or someone you have recently been in contact with is showing any of the following symptoms: unusual tiredness/fatigue, fever or high temperature, dry cough, aches, pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhoea, then we ask that you please DO NOT attend these events. 2. Each competitor can be accompanied by one groom per horse, and one owner (two from the same household). 3. Social distancing of 2m MUST be adhered to at all times. 4. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the facility. 5. Face masks must be worn when inside the Clubhouse and café.
