Show Information
Owing to the ongoing COVID situation, we are having to run a smaller show, with LIMITED NUMBERS. This competition will be for SENIORS ONLY, with NO WARM UP CLASSES, and every team in Area 18 must only submit ONE TEAM and ONE individual (all team members are automatically entered as individuals). If you have further members wanting entry please email cheltenhamridingclub@hotmail.co.uk with details and we will run a ballot to allocate spare spaces.

COVID RULES:
Please obey current Government guidelines for maintaining social distancing, including any local enforcement. In addition:
• Only one extra person on site per competitor is allowed
• Please park sensibly, leaving 3m between each vehicle
• No spectating – the tiered seating area is out of bounds
• Please arrive in time for your class and leave the venue as soon as you can after your test has finished
• Where possible, limit your warm up to 40 minutes and avoid returning to the warm up arena to cool off
• Face coverings must be worn while indoors
• Please obey one-way systems
• The secretary will be contactable via phone only, there will be no secretary at the desk. Number will be displayed outside the entrance to the reception area.
• No rosettes or sheets will be provided on the day. Please can Team Managers collect sheets and rosettes at the end of the day or leave an appropriately stamped and sized envelope for postal sheets and rosettes.

All hats must have a visible aqua BRC/BE/PC hat tag in place before they are used for warming up and competing, to show that it meets the current safety standards. There will be a trained official available on the day to do this for you if your hat does not currently have one. For up to date hat rules please see the current handbook.

Your horse must have up to date influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Handbook. There is also a checking device on the BRC website, but if you are unsure, please call BRC on 02476 840518. Hartpury do not currently insist on 6 monthly vaccinations. Please keep an eye out for updates if the Equine Flu situation changes.
