Show Information

 Arena hire with a 20m x 60m fully boarded dressage arena. 45 minute hire slots for £30. Up to two horses and one person on the ground in the arena. £5 for additional horses up to a maximum of 5

E-mail will be sent to all hirer's with information regarding additional meaures in place due to Covid-19.

All horses must have up to date vaccinations. Droppings must be removed at the end of the hire period.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University 
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£30 per session.

Terms & Conditions

 All hirers are required to wear headgear that complies with the highest current safety standard.

Anyone booking the arena must adhere to policies put in place to protect against Covid-19. Anyone failing to adhere to these will be asked to leave site immediately

Access to the arena and designated horse box park only.

Maximum of 6 people allowed on-site during one arena hire period. Contact details of all people attending the session must be provided before arrival to the show secretary.

Gate handles and poo picking equipment will be disinfected throughout the day. Please use gloves when altering fences.
