Entries must be received by the Monday a week prior to the event (or earlier if full)
Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion.
Late entry fee additional £3 per class.

Entries to be made online in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment

Withdrawals/Refunds

Entries will be carried over to the future show if withdrawn before times are published. After times are published entries will not be carried over or refunded. 

Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued with a valid doctors note or veterinary certificate and subject to a £2.50 admin fee
