Open to riders of any age. Class One dressage will start at 9:00am with showjumping beginning at 9:45am. Other classes to follow. Dressage will be held in the Indoor Hartpury Arena with Showjumping in the International outdoor arena.

Entries must be received by the Friday a week prior to the event.
Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion.
Late entry fee £2 per class.

Entries in advance - all classes are drawn order. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Late entries may be taken if time and space allow

Combined Training
Entry fee: £23 per class. Late entry fee £2 per class.

Unaffiliated Showjumping 
Entry fee: £11 per class. Late Entry fee £2 per class

Unaffiliated Dressage
Entry fee: £13 per class - If time allows, entries for dressage only may be taken. Please e-mail shows@hartpury.ac.uk to check availability.

Entries will be carried over to the future show if withdrawn before times are published. After times are published entries will not be carried over or refunded. 

Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued with a valid doctors note or veterinary certificate and subject to a £2.50 admin fee.

To be run in accordance with British Dressage and British Showjumping Rules

• Preliminary tests open to horses and ponies that have no BD points at Elementary or above.

• Novice tests open to horse and ponies that have no BD points at Medium or above.

• Class sizes may be limited and entries may close earlier if full.

• Please leave an A5 SAE with the Secretary for return of dressage sheets.

• All horses and ponies must be four years old and over.

• All competitors are required to wear headgear that complies with the highest current safety standard.

• Hartpury Equine has a number of indoor and outdoor arenas which will be used for these competitions.

• Horses and Ponies MUST NOT be tied to the side of horseboxes or trailers and left unattended. Please clear up any mess left by you or your horses in the bins and muck trailers provided.
