Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion.

Entries in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry fee: £13 per class. Late entry fee £2 per class.

Prizes: 1st - £14, 2nd - £10, 3rd - £6 Rosettes to 6th place
(prize money according to entries will be paid via voucher)

Entries will be carried over to the future show if withdrawn before times are published. After times are published entries will not be carried over or refunded. 

Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued with a valid doctors note or veterinary certificate and subject to a £2.50 admin fee.

Unaffiliated Dressage Rules and Conditions
• To be run in accordance with British Dressage Rules.
• Class sizes will be restricted and entries may close earlier if full.
• Please leave an A5 SAE with the Secretary for return of dressage sheets.
• All horses and ponies must be four years old and over.
• Entries must be received by the Friday a week prior to the event. Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion. Late entry fee £2 per class.
• Preliminary tests open to horses and ponies with no more than 10 BD or BE points only.
• All competitors are required to wear headgear that complies with the highest current safety standard.
• Start times will be given on the Thursday prior to the event, between 2pm-4pm only on 01452 702397 or online www.hartpuryequineevents.co.uk 
• Hartpury Equine has a number of indoor and outdoor arenas which will be used for these competitions.
• Horses and Ponies MUST NOT be tied to the side of horseboxes or trailers and left unattended – please clear up any mess left by you or your horses in the bins and muck trailers provided
