Your Responsibility
All persons attending the event must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey instructions given by the Organiser or by officials and stewards on its behalf. All competitors and those associated with their school are the responsibility of the Team Manager whilst at the competition

TV & Photography
Please note that professional photographers will be present at the Qualifiers and there may also be TV cameras at the Championships. Please indicate on the entry form if you do not wish to appear in press coverage/ TV or photos taken by our official photographer.

Courses should be walked individually / with a parent- not on mass as a school etc
The coach can walk & advise riders individually afterwards . Facemasks must be worn on coursewalks
o Upon arrival you will be checked in and numbers will be strictly limited to the names submitted when your entry was made. No admittance will be given to anyone not on the register. There will be no exceptions. o As per NSEA protocol, please only bring one groom/spectator with you. No other spectators are permitted. o Tacking up to take place within your parking area. o There will be no secretary on-site. All times will have been published prior to the event. o A steward will be appointed by the venue to man the practice jumps at all times (No parents allowed in practice arena). o Times must be adhered to. o Please follow the one-way system and do not stop to chat or loiter. o One competitor to be in the ring at any one time. o Return to parking area to untack and load up prior to leaving the show. o No prize-giving will take place on the day and all results will be posted online. Rosettes will be released to team representative only at the end of each class. o Social distancing should be adhered to, maintaining a 1 -2m distance between members at all times. o Members should wash/sanitise hands regularly. o Members are reminded that the use of face masks can help to reduce the spread of infection and are encouraged to wear them, but this is not mandated. o On site catering will be available outside for take-away foods only. Warm up in designated area only. o Please pick up your muck before leaving. o No horse/pony under 4 years of age may compete. o Any complaints must be made to the secretary, in writing and within 30 minutes of the incident concerned or 30 minutes after scores are published along with a fee of £25. o Practice fences must be jumped in the correct way as flagged and must not be any bigger than 10cm above the class being jumped. o By entering this event you are agreeing to abide by the rules.
