Entries will be limited and accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Late entries accepted at the discretion of the secretary and subject to a £2 surcharge

DRESSAGE T&Cs

No responsibility can be taken by the organisers for any accident or damage to competitors, attendants, animals, spectators, or their property, or vehicles of any description. By entering this competition, the exhibitor of any horse or pony accepts that Bicton Arena, the organiser or any of the officers of the show will not be held responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever to any persons, exhibitors or their servants or to any animal or article or property brought into the show ground.

 As a condition of entry, competitors are required to adhere to government restrictions and follow all guidance outlined in British Dressage’s COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures. These will be updated before competitions recommence, based on the updated government advice issued over the course of the next few weeks.

On arrival at Bicton all competitors must leave a minimum 5m space between lorries/trailers and must not leave horses tied up outside unattended.

Social distancing must be adhered to by all.

All competitors take part at their own risk and are expected to exercise due care at all times and obey all notices placed for their control.  

ONLY the rider and one other person on foot may attend our dressage competitions. No additional spectators or children.

 If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 YOU MUST NOT come to Bicton Arena.

We will provide hand sanitizer in gateways and ask everyone to make use of these before and after touching gate latches and equipment, only touch what is necessary.

Pedestrians are not allowed in the arenas (unless calling a test)

All scores will be available online www.dressageresults.co.uk scores will be delayed.

Score sheets (& rosettes) will be available on the day, hand sanitiser must be applied before collection.

Stabling may not be available upon request.

Onsite catering will be open.

BA Steward will not be able to take coats, adjust tack, take whips, assist with mounting, or remove boots etc

Any withdrawals after entries close will be charged in full. 

The judge’s decision is final.

Hats to current British Safety Standard must be worn when mounted.

Dogs must always be kept on a lead.

The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse entry and to cancel a class.

No lungeing anywhere on the showground.

Please pick up your muck before leaving.
