Early bird entries close 1 week prior to event, £13 per class. 

Late entries accepted subject to space online up to 10am on the Thursday prior to the showdate and incur an additional £3 per class.

*COVID To reduce the time of visitors onsite, please complete your test and return to the lorry park swiftly to un-tack & load up. There will be signage indicating the one-way system in place and hand sanitising stations at key areas.

Warm-up time will be limited to a max of 40minutes before you go down the centre line. There will be limit to the number of horses allowed in the warm-up and riders must stay a minimum of three horse lengths between other competitors. Follow all signage on the day or you may be asked to leave.

Score Sheets: Live scoring will be available via our website as normal. The Pavilion will be closed. Where possible please bring a stamped SAE for us to send your score sheets by post after the show has finished. These can be left in the box marked "SAE." Note - we will not be providing envelopes/stamps at this time. Sheets will not be released before the end of the class. Once scoring has finished score sheets may be available for collection from the steward. Please use hand sanitiser before/after.*

No Spectators as per BD rules. We will permit one additional person per horse and rider combination. For safeguarding purposes (e.g. parent / guardian or carer of a member who is under 18), an additional person is also permitted providing that person observes social distancing requirements at all times. https://www.britishdressage.co.uk/bd-info/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-toolkits/

Callers are still allowed providing they obey social distancing guidelines and are already in attendance within the permitted spectator allowance. No additional trainers, parents or spectators allowed outside the above guidelines.

Please help look afer our warm up arena by collecting your droppings using the tools provided. Disposable gloves and/or sanitising stations are provided.

Pre entries to all our shows can be made securely online. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Prestige Equestrian. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment. 

Rosettes awarded overall up to 6th place in each class. Available to collect from the office when COIVD restrictions are lifted. 

Where a show is sponsored, prizes or vouchers from sponsor may be given.

a) No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries. No transfers of entries once times are published.   
b) Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the Close of Entries, and confirmed in writing within 7 days 
c) A full refund will be made for horses put on a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place 
d) In the event of a competition being cancelled, Organisers are entitled to retain up to £2.50 per horse, per class. The remainder is to be refunded to all entrants, including those who withdrew before the close of entries 
e) Competitors on a waiting list who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded
