Early-bird entries close 1 week prior to show. Late entries accepted online, subject to space until 10am on the Thursday before show date (additional £3 per class). All entries to be completed online, no telephone or email entries. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Prestige Equestrian. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment. 
 

Rosettes awarded to 6th place overall in each class.

 To qualify for the Trailblazer 2021 Championship Second Rounds, competitors need to gain 58% or more in a dressage test and purchase a Second Round Qualification Card, from the Show Office.

a) No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries. No transfers of entries once times are published.   
b) Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the Close of Entries, and confirmed in writing within 7 days
c) A full refund will be made for horses put on a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place
d) In the event of a competition being cancelled, Organisers are entitled to retain up to £2.50 per horse, per class. The remainder is to be refunded to all entrants, including those who withdrew before the close of entries
e) Competitors on a waiting list who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded

No horses tied to lorries/ trailers or haynets tied to lorries or trailers.

At least 1 bridle number must be worn for all tests.

*COVID To reduce the time of visitors onsite, please complete your test and return to the lorry park swiftly to un-tack & load up. There will be signage indicating the one-way system in place and hand sanitising stations at key areas.

Warm-up time will be limited to a max of 35-40minutes before you go down the centre line. There will be limit to the number of horses allowed in the warm-up and riders must stay a minimum of three horse lengths between other competitors. Follow all signage on the day and instructions from officials or you may be asked to leave.

Score Sheets: Live scoring will be available via our website as normal. The Pavilion will be closed. To avoid waiting around after your test, please bring a stamped SAE for us to send your score sheets by post after the show has finished. These can be left in the box marked "SAE." Note - we will not be providing envelopes/stamps at this time. Sheets will not be released before the end of the class. Once scoring has finished for the class score sheets may be available for collection from the steward. Please use hand sanitiser before/after.*

No Spectators as per BD rules. Callers are still allowed providing they obey social distancing guidelines and are already in attendance within the permitted spectator allowance. No additional trainers, parents or spectators allowed outside the above guidelines. 

Please help look afer our warm up arena by collecting your droppings using the tools provided. Sanitising stations are provided. Where possible please bring your own face coverings, hand sanitiser, gloves etc.
