Starting Times:

Start times will be published here: https://prestige.training/competition-times-results/ after 4pm the day before the show. The drawn order will be followed, no exceptions can be made. 
All entries are pre entry and drawn order. Entries close 2pm the day before the show. No late entries or entries on the day will be accepted. 
Clear Round 08:00-08:45. Class 1 usually starts at 9am - check event times before each event.

Warm up arena: due to the recent wet weather, the pre-warm up field will not be open for pre-warm up for Saturday 15th August. Instead we will allow a maximum of 8 horses in the surface warm up arena (roughly 20mins warm up).

Up to three people will be allowed on foot to alter fences/poo pick (must maintain social distancing). There will be no additional people allowed in the arena on foot, this includes coaches/trainers or parents unless altering a fence within the 3-person allowance.

 

 New-one way system: see the map & follow signs for the new one way system. You will enter the competition arena directly from the warm-up arena. After your round, exit the competition arena via the collecting ring gate. There will be no return back to the warm up arena after you have finished your round. For cool down, please return to the lorry park. To avoid gathering by the entrance/exit to the arenas, horses should stay in the lorry park unless being ridden in the warm up or competition arena (no standing in the collecting ring). Reminder – horses should not be left tied to the outside of lorries/trailers.

 

Spectators: Due to COVID we have to limit the number of people onsite in line with British Showjumping guidelines. You are allowed one person in addition to the rider for every horse entered. Any “extra” people onsite will be asked to wait inside your vehicle if necessary. For riders under 18 you are allowed to bring an additional person. We no longer allow dogs on site.

ALL ENTRIES ARE PRE ENTRY AND DRAWN ORDER. No late entries or entries on the day will be accepted due to COVID restrictions. 

Prestige Equestrian reserve the right to restrict entries and close classes.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Pre-entries to all our shows can be made securely online.
You will receive an email conformation of your class entry and payment.

All shows are attended by a First Aider. A £3 First Aid cover fee will be added per rider.

Prize Information

Rosettes to 6th place including clear round rosettes for Class 0. 

Prize vouchers awarded 1st-3rd for every 5 starters. To be redeemed against unaffiliated entries or arena hire within 6 months. 1st place £12 (5+ starters) / 2nd place £10 (10+ starters) / 3rd place £7 (15+ starters).

Alternatively when a show is sponsored, prizes/vouchers may be given in kind from the sponsor, 1st-3rd in each class. 

 *Due to COVID there will be no prizegivings but rosettes may be available for collection from outside the Judge Office after each class. Alternatively please bring a stamped SAE for us to post your rosette.

Special Classes

Trailblazer Championship Show Jumping Qualifiers 

Classes (excluding clear round and 1m) are direct qualifiers to the 2021 Championship - held at Stoneleigh Park, an annual grass roots championship show!

Withdrawals/Refunds

No refunds or transfers will be accepted after times have been published

In accordance with British Showjumping Rule 79.5.1, Prestige Equestrian is only required to repay 50% of entry fees in respect of all entry cancellation received by the Show Secretary no later than 48hours before noon of the day on which the first class is scheduled to start. Later cancellations received by the Show Secretary will not be refunded or transferred, including on-the-day entries.
