Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BF Dressage.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry Fees: £17.00 per class, late entries accepted at £3 extra if space allows.

Rosettes to 6th place.
If you would like your test/rosette posted to you please bring a SAE on the day.
Yeoman's Food Bar on site all day.
Any withdrawals made after midnight on the Sunday before an event will not have their entry transferred.
Withdrawals made before this time will be transferred to a future event. All withdrawals must be EMAILED to brookfarmdressage@gmail.com. No refunds.
If the weather is really bad and we have to cancel, we will carry forward entries to a future show.
1. The decision of the judges and stewards is final.
2. Once a competitor's entry has been accepted it will be assumed that he/she intends to take part unless he/she notifies the promoters to the contrary before the closing date. No refunds offered but a transferal of entry to a future show will be offered if the withdrawal is made before midnight of the Sunday before the the event.
3. No entry will be transferred if a withdrawal is made after midnight of the Sunday before the event.
4. Correct riding attire must be worn by all Riders. In particular, everyone mounted, whether a competitor or not, must wear an approved riding hat as per British Dressage Rules: http://www.britishdressage.co.uk/rules . Failure to do so will incur elimination.
5. No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, their property, servants, or horses in connection with, or arising out of this event. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such an incident.
6. The promoters reserve the right to refuse any entry without giving any reason whatsoever.
7. An objection to the result of any class may only be made by an owner, his authorised agent or rider of a horse competing in the event. Any such person must make his objection in writing to the Secretary within 30 minutes of that objection and pay a £10 deposit, returnable within 7 days if the objections upheld.
8. Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
9. Lunging is not permitted in any of the arenas at any time.
10. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
11. The promoters reserve the right to ask any competitor or visitor in breach of these terms and conditions, to leave the grounds immediately.
12. The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise.
13. The promoters will be taking photographs during our events and these may be posted on our Facebook page. By attending the event in any capacity you agree to these photos being used.
14. DOGS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON BROOK FARM'S PREMISES.
