No payment/no booking. NO PAYMENTS TAKEN ON THE DAY

Terms & Conditions

Admission is granted and entries accepted only on these terms. Anyone not complying with these rules may be asked to leave.
The organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses or ponies howsoever caused on the premises. A condition of entry is that all competitors have a minimum of third party public liability insurance.
In the interests of safety competitors must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards at all times. Everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Failure to do so will result in elimination.
THE JUDGE’S DECISION IN ALL CASES IS FINAL. Any objection must be made in writing within 20 minutes of the said offence to the show organisers with a £25 deposit. The deposit will only be returned if the objection is upheld.
Dressage will be run under British Dressage rules. Show Jumping will be under British Show Jumping rules.
Correctly fitting riding hats of the current standard are compulsory when mounted
All times published are approximate and for guidance only.
Ridden horses and ponies must be 4 years of age or older. NO STALLIONS.
ABSOLUTELY NO telephone entries.
No entry fee will be refunded without a doctor’s or vet’s certificate and a stamped self-addressed envelope sent to the Entries Secretary.
No galloping or lungeing at the venue or in the car park.
NO DOGS are allowed at Sparsholt.
Please leave the parking areas clean and tidy: ABSOLUTELY NO mucking out of horse trailers/lorries and please remove ALL loose hay and droppings.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the show, alter any judge, divide or amalgamate classes. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded, less £2 per rider to cover administration costs, within 28 days.
