Show Information
Entries close on Tuesday 19th November. Late entries will be taken at a £2 charge per class and if classes are full a waiting list will be kept.
Dress code: Anything you like (but no bare arms or legs !) and Riders MUST wear approved hard hat & acceptable footwear (& recommended for handlers).
Tack code: English, Western or Side-saddle and anything except martingales, draw reins etc. but if in doubt ask on 01564 793565. Any tack in any class but performed according to required paces.
Class - Rider age on show day – Horses/ponies age 4+ (not Class 1)
NB – Entries in Class 1 are obviously not eligible for any other class ! Paces: Class 1-7 English, class 8-9 Western, class 10 either.
Classes will be judged principally under BD or WDUK Rules with SRC discretionary variations and the Judge’s decision is final.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only - online entries now preferred. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Telephone entries will be taken at a charge of £2 per class.

ENTRY FEE (per class): SRC Members: £6.00 Non-Members: £8.00 Horses may be entered only once competitively in each class.

Prize Information
Rosettes to 3rd place (lower if sufficient entries) and special rosette & sash for oldest combined ages in Class 10 kindly sponsored by “Black Betty Banners & Rosettes”

Withdrawals/Refunds
In the unfortunate event of withdrawal please advise the office by mid-day on Thursday 21st November. We regret no refunds will be made after this time.

Terms & Conditions
SRC and / or the organising committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition.

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked BS / EN 1384, PAS015 with a BSI Kitemark or prefixed with ASTM with an SEI mark or SNELL E2001 all worn with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress & footwear to be worn. Horses & ponies must be 4 years old and over. Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Will dog owners please note – we now have a poop scoop policy in operation, please use the bins provided.
