THIS SHOW IS AFFILIATED TO EQUIFEST, THE SHOWING REGISTER, ROYAL LONDON AND TRAILBLAZERS - CLASSES TO QUALIFY WHERE STIPULATED – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE REGISTERED IN ORDER TO COMPETE.
All classes qualify TSR. All except classes 9, 18 & 21 qualify Trailblazers 2020, Equifest qualifiers where stated.
IN HAND CHAMPIONSHIP CLASSES 1 - 13 Competitors finishing either 1st or 2nd are eligible for the championship
IN HAND CHAMPIONSHIP Competitors finishing either 1st or 2nd in classes 1–12 are eligible for the championship
RIDDEN CHAMPIONSHIP Competitors finishing either 1st or 2nd classes 13 – 25 are eligible for the championship
Entries are non-refundable but will be forwarded upon receipt of a veterinary certificate.
1) The Judge's decision is final. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of an incident together with a deposit of £20.00 to be returned if the objection is upheld. 2) This Show is affiliated to Equifest 2019. The two highest exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify – competitors to present card to be signed in the ring or by the secretary. 3) Trailblazers – 1st – 4th in each class will qualify for the July 2020 Championships at Stoneleigh – please collect confirmation letter from the Secretary. 4) TSR Riders Finals - 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification flyer in the ring. TSR In Hand Finals - The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand class. Handlers MUST have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE from the TSR website. Full details at https://www.theshowingregister.co.uk/ 5) All classes will be judged under the rules of and in accordance with the relevant ruling body 6) Barleylands Equestrian Centre, the judges and officials will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to belongings or to persons visiting the show 7) Properly fitting and secured hats conforming to the current british standards specification must be worn at all times whilst mounted at Barleylands Equestrian Centre 8) We reserve the right to refuse an entry, to cancel any shows or classes as we see fit and without giving a reason. 9) Entries received on show days, or after the closing date will not be refunded unless the organisers cancel the event or on production of a veterinary certificate. 10) In the interests of safety no dogs are allowed unless on a lead 11) No Lungeing of horses anywhere on the premises 12) No horse or pony is to be left unattended whilst tied outside. Should an accident occur or damage be caused you will be held liable. 13) It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to abide by the rules of Barleylands Eq. Centre and to accept the Disclaimer of Liability as displayed on the premises – entries to classes are deemed an acceptance of the above.
